I am a Eddie Bauer groupie.. love their stuff and have never had an issue with returns, plus they honor Vets with a discount!!!
I have had a lot of success finding items the work for me. Jeans, shirts, shorts, shoes, running tops, etc.! I have it all! 5+!
I order two jackets both within a few weeks of each other. Shows available on website. Than I receive an email stating sorry not available.
If you can’t professionally deal with children, you probably shouldn’t work in retail. My daughter was feeling a blanket in the store and one of the cashiers came up and took her hand off the blanket and said “don’t do that, you’ll mess up the fold!” Lol. Really? If you’re too old and grumpy to be nice to a child, you should probably retire. Walked into the store at this location for the first time and will never go back in.

Employees are habitually rude at closing time. If you are still shopping at 6:59pm be prepared for ushering to the door. Doesn’t seem to matter if you have clothes you were going to purchase either. I understand closing time has a purpose, but abruptly saying the store is closed and pointing to the exit is a bit much.
