Nice store, got my backpack ordered from store and I'm satisfied with my experience
Not a fan of any vendor that feels the need to throw its politics in my face with a big display at the front door. It’s obnoxious and deters more customers than you might think because it comes across as pandering. That combined with the extremely high prices make it a pass for me. Giving two stars because the salesman were attentive and helpful, but not annoying about it. I appreciated that.
The customer service is very poor here. No one ever greets me when I come into the store or asks if I need help.
Good store, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
