I love their clothing. Quality at a decent price
The older employee behind the counter actually gave me a hard time about returning 2 pairs of shorts even though I had tags on them, receipt in hand, they had never been worn, and I had just made the purchase a couple weeks prior. He acted very suspicious of my return and questioned a number of times why I needed to return them in an off tone which I initially ignored, thinking that maybe he’s new and misunderstood the training he received about how to handle a return. Horrible service from the employee. He had a horrible attitude towards me, did not offer any assistance. Worst customer service experience I have had my entire life. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Nicely laid out store, neat and clean. Absolutely no customer service. My husband loves to buy from Eddie Bauer but not here. We walked the entire store, even pausing near the two people working there, not even a hello from either of them, never mind any eye contact or any customer service. It’s a shame
