Never order anything online from them. I ordered 4 shirts. Never received it. Instead we received a pair of pants that are huge. I haven't contacted customer service 5 times. 5 times! They keep saying "please wait 24-48 hours for an email." The email never comes. They are a scam! STAY AWAY!!!!
The store manager was extremely helpful in processing my online return and describing their thanksgiving deals and selection. This Eddie Bauer store has a good selection with top quality fabrics at unbeatable prices. I will definitely come back here.

I love their clothing. Quality at a decent price
The older employee behind the counter actually gave me a hard time about returning 2 pairs of shorts even though I had tags on them, receipt in hand, they had never been worn, and I had just made the purchase a couple weeks prior.
