What a refreshing positive change to this store at Clay Terrace from years past. Each visit I was welcomed by friendly staff. Returns are a breeze now without feeling like you are being interrogated. Thankful that tall sizes are stocked without having to order off the website.
This location has been under new store management since mid-April 2025. As of August 2025, I have a completely new staff. As the still "fairly new" Store Manager of this location, I would like to personally invite everyone back, who has had a poor experience in the past. I've read and taken into account, all of the negative comments about the store, and have taken the necessary steps to correct the actions of the previous staff. This staff in this store is extremely rude and unprofessional. when I asked them about long pants, they completely ignore me and kept talking their joke. will never go back again.
