I want to give a huge shout out to Monica from Eddie Bauer for helping me out. I was gifted a baby diaper bag and it ended up ripping at the zipper, i called target where it was originally bought and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I called the Eddie Bauer store at Jefferson point to see if they could do anything about it and from the time she answered the phone she was very helpful and generous.
