Purchased a backpack for my oldest about a year ago. Was told during purchase, it had a "lifetime guarantee" if anything went wrong with it ( user destruction not included). We were getting ready for back to school and I noticed the lining inside had ripped. I had kept the receipt, and thought, why not? The worst they could say was no. They exchanged the back pack. No hassle. Thank you
