Irritating customer service in store: defective item, brought it back for a replacement. This took them probably 20 minutes to solve on their system (I understand those can be goofy at times), but then the employee looked at me like I was crazy for saying that he ordered the replacement in the wrong size. At no point did he say hey, we don’t have it in the same size is that ok - instead I looked at my receipt and had to speak up, only to be treated like an inconvenience… I guess I shouldn’t expect good communication from eve... read more

I bought a 300 dollar jacket from this location less than a year ago. The zipper on it has failed. Apparently Eddie Bauer no longer backs their products with a lifetime warranty and they only warranty them for a year with a receipt. I don't have the receipt and in the past I could walk into an Eddie Bauer location and get a replacement item in the rare event of a malfunction. I regret ever spending money with them. In the past I championed Eddie Bauer because of their lifetime warranty program. I'm never shopping here again ... read more

Helpful staff. a great store, a place to actually try on clothes. Malls are dying if we don't go and shop there.
