Staff here are super nice and helpful. I love the fit of their tall products. Quality clothier for sure.
I was shopping for hiking clothes for the summer and I was met by a very respectful employee named Annie who gave me helpful advice on which products to buy. Will be coming back
Prices have gone up, quality down, and they no longer warranty anything past 60 days. Not worth the money.
Got kicked out for no reason, walked in and got yelled at.
Irritating customer service in store: defective item, brought it back for a replacement. This took them probably 20 minutes to solve on their system (I understand those can be goofy at times), but then the employee looked at me like I was crazy for saying that he ordered the replacement in the wrong size. At no point did he say hey, we don’t have it in the same size is that ok - instead I looked at my receipt and had to speak up, only to be treated like an inconvenience… I guess I shouldn’t expect good communication from eve... read more
