This office opens at 8AM not 9AM!! get here early to get seen quick. Coming after 2:00PM is pointless as they have reached capacity by that time (learned this the hard way twice). Since trying to call EDD is absolutely pointless, going to this office if your only option. The agents here are friendly and try to help.
