NEVER use this company!! This place is the worst. Had a large move scheduled, they got the date wrong and the quote was over estimated by about 7k. The sales rep and management that are awful. The actual packers and movers were fantastic. Use Scobey for SA moves.. they moved the 2nd part of our stuff. They were much better!
We would never use this EDC again, or recommend. My wife and I use EDC (Atlas Moving) to move out of state. We had to continually call the rep in order to get a comment for a truck. They arrived with a truck preloaded with another load ... meaning they could not take all of our belonings. This meant our boxes were crammed and flipped every which way in order to make things fit. We eventually discovered this resulted in much damage to our personal belongings. When the truck arrived, the driver practically DUMPED our belonging... read more
do not use this business. set for delivery between 3-7 did not show called at 8 and said they were running 2 hours behind. never called to reschedule when we called said it would be another week before they could fit us in even though they missed our window. horrible cust service and not someone you want to do business with
