Very Unprofessional - waste of time Simply HORRIBLE! Don't service your car here. If you don't care to read the entire story, don't, but don't go here. Go to Vera, drive to Williamson, Braman or any dealer, but not here. HORRIBLE customer service, and lie after lie... can't image a luxury brand like Cadillac will do nothing about this. What a bad experience. I had to hunt down Larry, my service advisor, for over a month to get an appointment. I have texts, calls, etc. He finally responds and tells me to come in a few weeks because he is "slammed"! Mind you we are bringing back the Escalade to fix items that he didn't fix the last time we took the car in. He asks me to text him at 7am so he can confirm with me he can get me a loner car. I text him and he confirm and I send my wife on our daughters birthday to drop off the car and leave it for the service and other fixes. She arrives and Larry as soon as he sees her picks up the phone and pretends to be on a call, just points to her and waves her with his hand to tell her to wait for him inside. She goes inside and waits and waits. Nada... never mind that we have an appointment, never mind that he knows we've been trying to get a hold of him for weeks to get the car repaired. She gets tired of waiting and goes into the Enterprise office to ask if they have cars and if there is anything she can do to speed up the process since she has been there for 30 minutes waiting on Larry. They tell her they don't have ANY loaner cars available. So she decides to leave. Larry sees her leave and goes after her and tells her to wait longer that he will get her a car. Obviously she doesn't believe him since he had CONFIRMED the car with me at 7am that day... so he lied. I then called the service manager or something like that, a guy named Mike Byrne. Left him 2 voicemails letting him know how upset we were and you know what he did... NOTHING. No call back, no text, no email. Just ignored it. No wonder Larry does handles his customers like that. His managers don't even return customers calls. (BTW, I was never rude, disrespectful or in any way offensive towards Larry or Mike. I shared the same story and asked for a call. Nothing more.) For what I see Mr. Ed Morse must be pretty successful in his endeavors, since I see his has multiple dealerships. A little advice Mr. Morse; you would do better if you had managers that made customer service their TOP priority. Sometimes when a business grows too large these details fall through the cracks. It happens... and that's why these platforms help, to let other customers know where each business is failing (or thriving) so that they hopefully avoid the same or similar bad experiences. In the end I took my car to Vera Cadillac, and the service manager was VERY polite and professional. He resolved my issue with courtesy and efficiently. No drama. Didn't have to wait over a month, didn't get lied to and he was on point, didn't have to wait at all. Thank you! I have owned several GM cars for over a Decade. I bought the new Cadillac Escalade when it just came out 2 years ago... got one of the very first ones. I went out all the way to Daytona to Ritchie Cadillac to buy it. And it has had several issues like most new models do on their first version out. But the car is great. The issue has been the service from Ed Morse Cadillac in Sawgrass. I hope they address this so they don't piss off more customers. BTW Larry, my name isn't Mr. Carrillo. It's Mr. Martinez. That's my wife's last name.

This is the worse customer service I have ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. Not only was customer service and integrity lacking. The owner happen to even be in on this non professionalism. He tried to intimidate me...this was funny....all 5'5" if him. I am 6'2 btw! He tells me his business in business to sell cars and for me to come back the next day. They have no follow through or professional ethics. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I put a deposit on a car for my new business (so i was told) to hold a car and they sold it for a better deal behind my back. Its not the fact that they sold it that bothers me, its simply the lack of business standards and ethics that the car business already has a negative connotation for and this dealership is clearly no exception to the rule. Lies from the sales woman, lies from the finance department, lies from the random employes when asking for an update. Just enough lies and avoidance to hold me over while they worked a deal and sold it behind my back for an extra grand or two. Heres a sample of what you will soon be dealing with via text. me:Hi SALES ASSOCIATE, just checking in. them: We will call you tomorrow ok them: We might be able to work something out. But Wat about the trade me: what about it? I would expect the you would honor the same deal as last friday seeming that I have a deposit on the car of 500. them: Don't worry I didn't charge your card hun them:I have to see if the car doesn't sell Someone is buying it for 19. Couldn't save it. You know how that goes me:no i don't know; that's ridiculous them: My manager was hanging on to it them: Don't worry we got more cars like that. Same. My manager said straw purchase and couldn't take deposit Ok. And the trade on your name. me: No, I want to speak to the manager and understand how the car will be sold when YOU took a 500 dollar deposit. Its not a straw purchase, CO BORROWER is an owner on the articles of incorporation as well. Them: I asked. And my manager said I can't take deposit on used car. But I was hiding it until someone found it. Ok. I tried ...and the BS continues. Lies and deceit...Ed Morse Sunrise Oh yeah I drove near 200 miles for the car. Happy Holidays

I took my car in on Saturday, 03/21/10 for some mechanical and ndbody work. I was told I would have the estimate on the body work by Monday. No word on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or today. I have called three times today. This last called was told could be even put through to the voice mail, of which I had left two time before today. I have only partial information regarding the mechancial work. I have not received any call today. I presume Customer Service and Satisfaction ranks lowest on your organziation's list of priority.
