I've rented from Ed Martin Toyota a couple of times now and had great service both times. The slight problem I experienced this most recent time was delt with quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them.

Ahlyn the rental manager was helpful and simple with no complexity. She was calm and make everything happen so smooth and simple compared to other renting companies. If you’re looking for a car to rent there’s nowhere else but Ed Martin. Keeping it simple is my favorite thing about them. I would definitely rent with them. The only thing is the drive for me to pick up, I live in Greenwood so the drive is about 56 mns to pick up, more locations on the south side would be greatly appreciated. Can’t wait for a new Crown❤️.

Best place to rent a vehicle in Indianapolis. Ashlyn and Conner were fantastic. Toyota saved the day. 10/10 recommend this location for the service alone!
