Good company
My company has worked with dozens of freight forwarders and used ECU for 4 bookings over the course of 2 years. Every single booking was a nightmare; it's unbelievable how they can make a mess out of simple things. I would constantly have to send them information or documents multiple times because they would lose them, etc. They caused huge delays and billing mistakes with all of our shipments and are terrible about returning emails or voicemails. Never again.
Bad service and didn't know what to do neither provide accurate information.
This company is literally the worst company you can ever ship with. Their employees don't want to work, they don't want to help you, they'll give you a run around instead of doing their jobs, and oh...the DELAYS will be months. Avoid this company at all cost
