ECU provided a quick, clean and efficient way of handling the paperwork that goes with selling a house. Helpful staff and a reasonable cost.
I want to say how glad I was to meet the lady that helped me through that paperwork. Before I got there I was terribly nervous, and dreading the process, but I can tell you this lady made me feel at ease, she was very nice and friendly and she took her time .I was grateful for that, thanks for your help!
ECU Title and Escrow guided me through a process that was completely new to me, and also uncertain. Some things were discovered in the title search that I had no idea existed, and that was worrisome, but ECU worked diligently to figure it all out, get it all cleared off, and eased my mind. I applied online, and all correspondence thereafter was via email and phone calls. Everyone was helpful, polite, and optimistic. Once all "the kinks" were worked out, Closing our HELOC was quick, informative, and pleasant. We love ECU!
