We used ECUTE to help in our FSBO transaction and we are very pleased! The staff was always super helpful, responded quickly to all inquiries, and took care of everything needed for the sell. No taxes on anything or interest getting everything done easy
Lessons learn but if you’re not going through ECU for your mortgage, DO NOT use ECU title! You end up having to do a ton of work that they should have taken care of.
Super helpful and friendly people here. We hated to go into debt, but it was made easier by the super staff!
