I had some lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain. I wanted an estimate so I asked the receptionist. I was told that the person that handled that would be in the next week. When I asked that person, I was told to call billing. I called billing and they said they would send in a request and it would take 3 days. I called a week later and billing said they don't do that and they do not have a record of me requesting an estimate, and then they send me to cardiology.
