VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I injured my shoulder at work. I had 2 seperate visits days apart from my injury just for them to tell me nothing was wrong. I received an attitude from multiple people as if they did not believe me or care.They would not send me to get an X-ray or MRI. Everyone there was constantly telling me that it wasn't Workman's Comp as if that was their only concern. Giving birth was easier then dealing with this facility. Lack of communication. Lack of organization. One person doesn’t talk to the other so everyone has a different story. They don’t properly read medical files. They schedule you dr appts with other facilities then try to cancel your coverage bf you’ve even been seen. The drs bed side manner needs a complete overhaul or it’s time him to retire. He argues with the facts of the incident in front of proof & evidence. I’ll be nice and call it a dumpster fire.
