Stay far away from this Credit Union for mortgages. Horrible, terrible, awful service. The words our lawyer used to describe them is negligent, the words we use are incompetent. They waited until the last possible minute to do anything and everything, and when we asked for clarification we were ignored by the branch manager and district manager. They cost us a lot of money. Run as fast as you can and as far away as you can from this credit union.

30 years ago, I became a credit union member. It was the education credit union back then and it was phenomenal. I was consistently impressed with the capabilities of everyone that I encountered. Fast-forward to present day. The education credit union has been taken over by Windsor family credit union The service has declined drastically. I would not recommend anyone bank here. My daughter and I met with Jonathan to go over my financial portfolio. What a pleasant experience! Jonathan was thorough, detailed and extremely patient. What I admired most about this gentleman was his calm demeanour. his smile, and his willingness to actively listen to his customers We left feeling very satisfied and well-informed. Huge kudos to Jonathan for the professional way he handled our queries and to the Credit Union, for hiring such a dedicated financial advisor.
