Very bad customer service, disrespectful and old school mentality. If you know English, you don’t need his service. There are more immigration consultant in the city who speaks Amhara.I have bad experience and I will never go back there.

I tried to contact this establishment, very poor etiquette and cs. I called and the person that answered sounded as if they weren't too sure how to handle the call, and hung up. tried to call back. The phone number is no longer taking phone calls or messages. Something isn't right.
