This review is about Hamilton only. I have no interaction so far with Mississauga office. I am a regular customer and never returned a cut piece. So this is how it works. You order a cable on the phone and they charge your credit card before cutting the cable. If everything goes smooth the cable cut is ready for pick up within 48 hours. Well that's the not the case every time. I am forced to write the review because it has happened to me twice so far. Once they sent me to Mississauga saying that driver missed the pick up.
