Emily is fantastic. She has great positive energy, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure I understand each step of my treatment. I visited Emily a few weeks ago (3rd July 2024) as I had been suffering from intense back spasms continual for 4-5 weeks and the medication GP had me on for pain management was becoming not as effective. Emily listened to my problem and history, she examined my back and where pain was coming from and then we had a discussion on a plan going forward to help alleviate my problem. I have just finished a course of rehab for my knee and am incredibly happy with the experience and outcome. Emily provided sound guidance, created a rehab program to suit my personal needs and goals, and ensured my gym coaches were included in the process. I've never had a rehab experience where the management plan set expectations/goals early on, with a clear view to getting better. Thanks Emily!
