I hired Ecoway Movers for a local move. Several items arrived damaged (an antique table and multiple boxed dishes). I filed a claim through the claims section on their website right away, but it feels like the company doesn’t actually have a claims team — they never check or respond to submissions. For three months I sent follow-up emails and made multiple phone calls; no one answered or followed up. I recently hired Ecoway Movers Regina and it was a frustrating experience. They seemed more interested in charging as much as possible rather than providing efficient service. It took them an unbelievable 5 hours just to load my one-bedroom apartment, and the same amount of time to unload. To top it all off, they caused a lot of damages to my belongings. I definitely wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for a smooth moving experience.
