Someone from Ecoway Movers came out to my place to give an estimate, and the experience left a really good impression. Jerome was polite, totally understanding of my panic about family heirlooms (please don’t break my grandmother’s things!), and very professional. What really stood out was the attitude. The movers stayed upbeat and positive the entire day, which made a bigger difference then I expected. For the first time ever, and I’ve moved a lot, I was actually in a good mood when moving day ended. That basically never happens.
These guys crushed it. Two movers, no wasted time, no confusion. They moved fast, rebuilt the furniture properly at the new place, and actually checked in to make sure everything was placed where I wanted it ,not just dropped and rushed off.
This was by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had, and a huge part of that is because of how great Ecoway was. We had three movers handling 2 separate apartments, one of them on the 3rd floor, all going into a 2 story house. The movers showed up on time, were polite and pleasant, extremely careful, and honestly FAST. They managed to get the entire move done in about 4 hours, which really surprised us. Ecoway was very responsive right from the start. Communication was friendly and quick, and I really liked how they provided clear written quotes with different options laid out.
