Excellent Product We were looking for a water softener for quite some time. Did our homework and got quotes from all the major companies in Spokane. Department store units were not even in the ballpark as far as reliability, and some of the major manufacturers were so expensive! Were were impressed with Ecowater. Their representative was quite knowledgeable, and not pushy. What the said made sense for our budget and the environment. We absolutly love the soap package that came with our order.
