I wish I lived in Sidney so I could shop in store every day! I popped in this store on my trip to Victoria and found some beautiful, great quality unique clothes for such a good price. The ladies working in the store were so sweet and lovely too. I will definitely be ordering more online because I knew I wouldn’t be able to fit everything I wanted in my suitcase!
I somehow managed to have one of the best customer service experiences ever, even though I made an online purchase from Toronto. Lisa and Martin were very responsive to my email inquiry. They provided further assistance over the phone. Because of their help, the items fit perfectly and I am incredibly happy with my purchase. Thank you!
Great store, very friendly staff. I bought a sweater and decided to wear it out of the store. I stupidly left my old sweater on the shelf. I emailed them about it and they promptly mailed my old sweater back to me. Thank you! Decent prices for quality clothes.
Best costumer service I have ever experienced. I was delayed by ferries and only had 10 min to shop, yet with the amazing selection of the wonderful bamboo clothes my girlfriends and I were in there for 20 min past there closing. I have never had sales or owners tell me what colours look best on me. 💜They even were so accommodating for a size swap a few days later.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great quality sustainable clothing that lasts.
