Brilliant service from a great guy. Elliott is a specialist and was round to our house within 30mins to sort the issue. Knowledgeable and great communication. I couldn’t fault this company. Superb service! I hope not to have to use him again soon but if I need it - he will be the person I am calling.
Highly recommended!! Elliot and his Colleague have been great from start to finish. I’ve had a new boiler fitted downstairs (old boiler taken out upstairs by Elliot) Price quoted was great. They were very professional, polite and tidy!! I will be using Elliot in the future
I rang them several times, got no answer. I was sent a text message saying they'll call me to arrange a booking but didn't hear anything so I rang several times again and no response.
Absolutely flawless. No pressure sales. No messing about. Job was done as promised and the engineer checked I was able to work the new boiler when it was in place. I had no clearing up to do after he had done. Recommend Ecotherm to anyone Excellent!!!
