Currently using Gustavo for my taxes. I ask consistently for him to explain things as hes doing them so I have a better understanding and it almost seems like its a tedious ask. I know hes not doing anything shady but its the lack of transparency is abit unnerving. But aside from that the only other issue (which is a big one for me) I cant EVER get a hold over the phone. Never. Every call is either ignored, goes to voicemail, or just flat out won't go thru.
