When visiting with my family were were immediately dismissed by the elderly women on the floor, when we approached her for assistance she made us feel like we were not important enough to deserve any customer service as she visibly and verbally displayed her annoyance that we were even in the store let alone asking her for help. The same elderly women used belittling gestures towards my family instructing us to go away when we wanted clarification on some items we were interested in purchasing.
