Best service I have ever used - far better than those in Rochester. Always on time, accommodated my needs for heat or AC, driver polite, good conversation, offered extra services, even arranged a swap from one van to another because the newer van had better loading, temperature control, etc. Will become my #1 transport now that I'm moving to Winona.

Absolutely terrible. Said 20 minutes to pick us up and took about 55 minutes. After picking us up the driver proceeded to berate us for calling a cab at "this time" and was extremely rude. Will never use this service again. I would suggest using the yellow cab if you're in winona, as economy was very rude to our party.

Absolutely horrible service. Not only did my nurses set up a time and place for economy cab to pick me up they pitched in money for the cab fee. The pickup time was setup 30+ minutes early. One hour and 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time the cab still was not there. I called economy cab twice. I was told they were " a little slow today". That's why the pick up time was made 30+ minutes ahead of time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Tonight.... very polite and set my expectations appropriately. Not always the case in the past. In 5 years i would guesstimate 90% time they are too busy to accommodate me. I understand we are a small community but i expect the Taxi services to anticipate the demand, and I'm sorry to say that they don't. I don't believe any cab company in this town does and so they can get away with coasting by. You all could make so much more money and at the same time serve the needs or your community. This cab service is the absolute WORST! First, they are extremely hard to get a hold of, like there is only one phone line or something. When I finally got a hold of him, he was extremely rude and was asking me things like "do you even know what time it is?" saying I did not give enough notice, when clearly I tried calling multiple times before hand 5-10 min earlier. This is by far the worst cab service and worst company I have dealt with in my life. They have zero respect for customers and definitely below zero respect for themselves and their business. Extremely rude and foul-mouthed. They would not hesitate to curse you and call you names if you express any kind of dissatisfaction about their service, i.e. cab being late (which is the least of their concerns). Only if you would liked to be scolded, yelled at and cursed should you call this cab service!
