My husband booked a Mid-Size SUV (Toyota RAV4 or similar), as clearly stated in the booking confirmation. However, when we arrived at the Economy Rent a Car location near Toronto Pearson Airport, we were given a Hyundai Kona, which is significantly smaller than a Toyota RAV4. The trunk was very small and could barely accommodate our luggage, so we had to put some of our luggage on the seats.
