What an absolutely nightmare company ECR (Economy Car Rentals) was to deal with..., they did not provide the car per contract, they could not be contacted when the issue was detected, and now will not repay my deposit after all the grief I have been through. In fact, they are now lying about circumstances to avoid refunding me my deposit... Stay well away from this company, they are an absolute disgrace!
Great company to work with and very quickly had a refund thry owed us. Work rent there again.
Fantastic company to deal with. They were very happy to accommodate an extension to our booking dates when our plans were altered and followed up to ensure the changes were convenient for both parties.
All I can is don't pay to you are 100% sure you are going . We payed for car and insurance but something came up and we cancelled. Only to get part of which we payed still $113 dollars out of pocket .Disappointing you hope big companies like this one look after there customers maybe not .
Really efficient and friendly staff! Car was clean and ready to go. Shuttle service is quick, no waiting. Highly recommend.
