So disappointed in this company. We made a human error and had to cancel our reservation entirely, so we called and were honest and they would absolutely NOT cancel our reservation. They still charged us a fee, even though they were not available on the phone during normal business hours when we tried canceling days in advance. Clearly, this company is all about their bottom line and not the customer. Do NOT use this company unless you truly want a “wreck.”
Nathan was super helpful even though I totally messed up and booked my car for the wrong week! They were still able to get us in a vehicle no problem for the days we needed and really helped make this trip less stressful on a mistake I made! Can’t rate enough stars for that level of service!
Really friendly, locally owned business with great prices and service. We got a brand new Subaru Forester (not a wreck, as the business name might suggest). They also rented us body boards. The lot is located about 5 minutes off airport and you call them when you land and they'll pick you up in the shuttle.
Had an AMAZING experience with Rent-A-Wreck! Shuttle service to and from the airport was so convenient, and everyone on their staff was friendly and efficient. The Honda Civic we rented helped us not stand out as tourists. The a/c worked perfectly, the mileage was amazing (we used less than half a tank over 5 days!), and the Bluetooth worked so we could listen to music. The rental was so affordable. There was genuinely nothing more that we could have asked for. Will definitely be back!
