This business is a SCAM! I arrived at Lihue, waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle for Economy Car Rental to arrive, finally gave in and got an Uber to the address only to discover a completely empty/abandoned office. My husband went to the shop beside and the woman working there said she hadn't seen anyone in the office for over 3 weeks. Rented a 2021 Honda Fit for the day. Was under $100. The car was very clean. Drove it all over the island and only burned 1.5 gallons of gas. A great value.
Got off the cruise ship, took a short walk and scored a 2 day rental this morning. The staff are absolutely excellent! Well done!
It’s a 6 minute drive off the airport property, but they were right there as we walked up & had us on the road with 20 minutes of landing! A fantastic little local gem
