Great experience with these guys. They txt when we got there. We called for the shuttle which was there in about 15 min. We needed a minivan for 10 days, this one had roughly 60k miles on it, the paint and body wasnt perfect but it worked great for us. The price was also much better than others. The people there were great. We will definitely do it again!

did encounter a few technical issues at this place where my reservation didn't go through, but they figured it out and managed to get me an alternative car without hassle. It's also a very customer friendly place, you don't need a credit card and whenever they can be accomodating (e.g. shorter rental days) they try to serve the customer as much as possible, can't ask for more! Good guys.

This was hands down one of the worst rental car experiences I’ve ever had. The first car they gave us was a total mess. It was dirty, beat up on all sides, missing parts, and very old with over 120k miles. We needed a car, so we took it anyway. About an hour later, we realized the brake lights and turn signals didn’t work. We drove back to the rental location right away. Steven was a terrific check out host and driver. We had an awesome experience all around at Kauai Rent A Wreck. Car had 7500 miles. Nice big sedan, 50% the cost of the others and easy check in, no lines and lots of Aloha from the team.
