I booked through Booking.com when I thought I was getting a great deal that sounds too good to be true. $35 deal becomes $200+ charge for 4 days, which includes Sun pass, roadside assistance, ins, etc. Standard price for a Corolla rental. Checkin and checkout process was good. Open 24 hours is a plus.
Very dishonest employee forcing me to pay 50$ to use my own insurance and providing misleading information to force me to buy daily tolls
The place is a scam. I reserved a Camry. They gave me a Corolla instead without telling me. The contract is all electronic, but the complete document is not visible when initialing and signing, BUT it deceptively looks like the entire document is displayed so I was signing for things I was not aware of (including the change of vehicle). What’s worse was they still charged me for a Camry! When I called to resolved this the manager never called me back, even though I called three times at different times of the day.
