I rent a car with prepaid full coverage auto insurance but when I went to pick up the car company didn’t accepted my prepaid insurance i said what I am going to do they said either I have to buy from them again or I have to you my personal car insurance it was a horrible crazy day. Still I didn’t get my prepaid insurance refund yet
Listen to the reviews. This car rental company does not care about you. Worst customer service ever. They hang up on you mid call if you are trying to solve an issue. They take forever to pick you up from the shuttle area (I waited for 45 minutes) and then if you are late. They WILL cancel your car rental. Even if it wasn’t your fault. Honestly this rental office should be shut down. Never will trust economy ever again.
Yeah like others have mentioned this place is a scam, but here's some of the policy information that's unavailable when you book through priceline that other reviewers didn't include: - They don't let you check in until after your reservation slot, meaning when you check in it is too late to cancel or modify the reservation (add cheaper priceline insurance). - They mention unlimited miles, but they don't mention they will charge you hundreds of dollars if you leave the state and a per mile charge. - The don't mention they re... read more
Seriously one of the trashiest places I have ever been. The entire facility smells like a bathroom that is not cleaned. They have crazy requirements for Colorado residents to rent cars. They don't communicate well with online services that they relie on to book their cars..... You know I'll save you some more ready. Just don't go here. Please save yourself.
Do not rent from here. Spend the extra money on a known brand rental car company. The office looked like they just moved in a week before, the security deposit was $500 and the car I got was beat up and missing a hubcap. The lady working was super nice but it’s just not it respectfully.
