I rent a car with prepaid full coverage auto insurance but when I went to pick up the car company didn’t accepted my prepaid insurance i said what I am going to do they said either I have to buy from them again or I have to you my personal car insurance it was a horrible crazy day. Still I didn’t get my prepaid insurance refund yet
Listen to the reviews. This car rental company does not care about you. Worst customer service ever. They hang up on you mid call if you are trying to solve an issue. They take forever to pick you up from the shuttle area (I waited for 45 minutes) and then if you are late. They WILL cancel your car rental. Even if it wasn’t your fault. Honestly this rental office should be shut down. Never will trust economy ever again.
