Horrible customer service, unmaintained vehicles, and complete negligence We rented a vehicle from July 8–17, 2026, out of Salt Lake City, and experienced an absolute nightmare. The car was given to us with a severely bent license plate, rubber shielding hanging below the front bumper, and broken console buttons. We asked for another vehicle but none available for us. When I read the reviews I was hesitant but we had a good experience. This is a locally owned place so no, it’s not going to be like an enterprise or Avis. The ladies at the office were very nice and helpful. We stayed local and didn’t drive much and just needed a decent cheap option and this was a great pick. They don’t have hours like a large corporate location but again it’s a family owned place. The car was safe and got us where we needed to go.
They only allow you to drive 200 miles per day. Don't bother if you are trying to go any further than Provo! They will charge you per mile after that. They require you to bring a bill to prove the address on your ID "is real" but don't tell you before. The car they give you is cheap and old. Expect it to be a downgrade from what you usually drive Update: they overcharged me and told me I was only allowed 400 miles, not the 1000 they told me up front.

Please stay away from this company and save yourself a headache! Terrible customer service. I rented a car from this company in July 2026. After 5 days, the car wouldn’t start. The agent on the phone told me to “find someone to jumpstart it,” and once a kind bystander helped me, the agent said “there’s no problem now.” They told me to wait until it happens again and then call back, at which point they would send someone from Salt Lake City to Jackson, WY in 5 hours to give me a new rental car.
