Where do I start!!! Their facility do not have customer parking. Asked a clerk walking by where to park she said to park across street. There is a sign for tow away, do not park. Was about to ask for clarification but the clerk walked away. Watch out for additional fees. They charged $20 additionally each day for driving to Tennessee. This was not stated during reservation. During pick up, I was told that gas tank was only 1/4 tank, instead of full as the reservation stated. So if you have more gas in it when you return the ... read more

I wish there was a zero star option! I rented my car through Priceline. It was a nonrefundable reservation. I received a text message from economy, cars saying to call them upon arrival And the shuttle would pick me up and take me to their location. I landed at 5 PM and called immediately. No one answered. I went outside and waited. I asked the attendance outside where to wait. They told me I waited for three hours. i reserved a car for my great aunts funeral and missed it because they canceled my reservations! I reserved and paid for a car to be picked up at the Charleston Airport and it was awfully full of lies. First they are not located in the Airport, they're over a mile away. You have to call them and wait in the sun at a bus stop with a hot tin roof. (If i wanted to wait at a bid stop i wouldn't have rented a car). Rented a mid size SUV from here. Booked the car on priceline, saw that there was a shuttle. Waited over 25 minutes for the shuttle, no arrival. I called the facility, phone was answered rudely and immediately put on hold. They didnt pick up after waiting nearly 20minutes and then the shuttle finally arrived. Driver was very nice (only reason for two stars) but the car was filthy, had only a 1/3 tank of gas, dents, and just overall in poor condition.
