I rented a car through Priceline and prepaid. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 6:20 but was delayed. We landed about 7:10. I texted them that we were delayed. Called about 7:40 pm and spoke with an employee who told me he was the only one there, and they were closing. He refused to pick us up and hung up on me. Customer service is nonexistent. Don’t always go for the cheaper price. It wasn’t worth it. They left us stranded at the airport.
TLDR: be aware they do not allow dogs in their cars. I rented a car from them for a week through Priceline. It was a non-refundable reservation. Nowhere did it say they do not allow dogs. I brought my two 7lb Pomeranians with me on the flight from Seattle. I was exhausted after staying up all night to ensure I made my early flight and being delayed due to having to deplane twice during a layover in Charlotte. I called to let them know. Absolutely Awful !! They had 1 filthy car to offer with a broken side Mirror and bald tires, maintenance light was on! This place is a joke! Do not waste your time and money!! Never have I ever seen a rental car in this condition!! Avoid!!
This place was terrible. The original email advised the company would be at the airport and it was not. The transport van driver refused to allow me to enter the van and I had to pay for my own way from the airport to the business. The front desk lady was not helpful and stated the computer showed the wrong fuel data. The company then lied and said I returned the vehicle with less fuel to which I have photos to prove otherwise. This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had! Car smelled, drivers seat was wet, drugs in the car, screw in the tire. When we called about all of this, we were told the tire was our problem. They were incredibly rude. I rented through Priceline, so beware 😏
