Absolutely horrendous experience. Employees lie straight to your face. Show up an hour after when they are supposed to be open. Insurance scams. Insane hidden fees.
Used exoedia for an in town rental. First off this place was a joke! They are located off site and when you walking the building is in disarray i.e. dirty carpets, missing ceiling panels and two lonely desks. The young lady said you get 100 miles per day. I advised I'm going to Phoenix she then offered to charge me an additional $75 for 100 more miles. Mind you they charged me already $165.00 paid in full for pick two day rental. Worst experience I have ever had with any company, if you can not get to the rental company within and hour of you designated pick up time, you will be charged 75.00 cancellation fee, and they will not have a car for you. Even if flight is delayed or changed, if you can not make it to your pick up time within an hour you loose your car and get charged 75.00. Never book with this company, look at there ratings!
Must have physical insurance card, unlike every other company. Or buy there insurance. 15 USD drop off fee. Very deceptive advertising. Never again!
