Rented a car here for a weekend getaway and couldn't be happier. The pickup was smooth , the agent was super helpful and the vehicle was exactly what I requested - clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Returning it was just as easy.
Had a rental car reserved. My flight was delayed 6 hours. They gave my reserved car away. Terrible customer service.
Five star! The office is incredibly humble, the bathroom is immaculately clean, customer service was phenomenal and the car was in excellent condition. We had no trouble at all and the best of all, the rental prices were even better than anyone else after a lot of research. I was afraid because of the no reviews but I will absolutely use this service every time I need a car in Charlotte NC. Thank you.
I was given the price of $132 but then once I got there and started filling things out due to something that Ohio does not require us to cover in our insurance I had to purchase their insurance which raised my price to $290. On top of that when I returned the car, I filled the car up completely with gas and when I turned it in, they turned around and charged me an additional $38 because they said the gas tank was not filled completely.
