Have not received deposit back
Do not rent if you are a Texas driver license... Or a driver at all. You will check in with a virtual person from India, they will ask you to put a $500 deposit and charge it to your card (not hold) but charge and eventually you are suppose to get your money back. It's been 12 days and i got nothing back on my card. They will also charge $20 per day on tolls which is ridiculous since you probably won't ever pay that much per day. They tried to change the booking at pickup from unlimited milage to limited after I had booked and paid. I would have to add unlimited for additional charge. No actual people either. Its all dont though a kiosk and person on the other side of the globe so talking with a 3-4 second delay is very annoying. On top of the nearly double security deposit never again.
My cousin and I have spent 2 hrs now trying to get our rental car. They needed something showing we had a specific type of insurance certificate. My cousin had numerous phone calls with them beforehand making sure it would save us time upon arrival. However, the gal that he spoke to on the phone only said to provide proof of insurance, not this other declaration page they needed. Please, do no rent from this car company. I rented a car on Aug 30-Sept. 5th and returned the car without any issues. I was sent an invoice showing that the car was returned without issue and I was due my refund of $250 for the deposit. Today is September 29th and I still have not received my deposit back yet. I wished I read these reviews before renting the car through priceline or else I would not have rented from these scammers.
