Please, do no rent from this car company. I rented a car on Aug 30-Sept. 5th and returned the car without any issues. I was sent an invoice showing that the car was returned without issue and I was due my refund of $250 for the deposit. Today is September 29th and I still have not received my deposit back yet. They are doing fraud, I rented a car. They charged more than the actual amount, and didn’t explained the extra charge. They don’t respond to calls or emails.And after four months, they deducted 140 dollars from my card. SCAM and Priceline, you should remove these fraudsters from your platform
I rented a car on August 19 and I returned it August 23. I looked around the car and there were no damage to the car. Today is September 17 and I’m still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. I reached out to them several times to hear one of the young ladies from the hobby location; saying that there was damage to the windshield— I said there could’ve been any damage to the windshield. I returned the car in August 1st in mint condition, I called them 14 days later, the rep. Stated that it would take 21 business days to get my $250 deposit. 21 days passed and nothing called them again, they stated they were going to process the return. Today is September 8th 2025 and still nothing, this is just plain unacceptable, I will never come back! STAY AWAY!
I rented a car 7/27-8-1 2025. I’m still waiting on my deposit. It’s currently 9/4. And I’m still waiting. I should have believed the reviews when they said this place is a scam. Please don’t rent cars through them
