Reserved a car for my wife for her trip to Scottsdale Arizona. When she arrived she recieved a call for the booking telling her her rental in Florida was ready. Economy sent the reservation to the other side of the states. There were no cars available through them for her. She ended up having to rent a crappy beater van through another rental company that was not even clean for more then the booking was originally. They have yet to refund any money and force you to fill a form out to get refunded when they can see they messe... read more
Will scam you for Insurance anyway even when you provide your own policy information that they allowed the last time you rented a car. The insurance costs you more than the value of your rental.
