I just finished my refinance through ECON. They are excellent. I've done about 10 loans in my life and doing this one through ECON was the smoothest. I worked with Phil, Blake, and several staff members, all of whom were helpful. One of the best parts is how much money they save you on closing costs over what banks and credit unions charge.
We had such an amazing experience with these guys. They were very fast, very patient and always willing to talk to us when we had a question. We have referred our friends to them and will do it every chance we get.
