Absolutely pathetic and untrustworthy organization. When we arrived to the counter, they said that the reservation had been cancelled and charged us the full amount. The booking had been done via Travelocity and they were more than courteous, but this company is a scam. Additionally, the service received at the counter was incredibly poor. The agent was indifferent, and moreover, the policies seem to be inconsistently applied. 6-11-18 UPDATE: STILL have not received a refund for a rental car they refused to let me pick up. Now they are just flat out ignoring all attempts to contact them. The rental car agency at the San Diego airport charged me full rental price for a car they REFUSED to allow me to pick up. I was told I could not take it to Mexico so I asked that they cancel the reservation and the agent working that day (April 24th) assured me that I would not be charged.
