Outstanding customer service from Ray - both by telephone & email. Really patient, kind & explaining everything. Gentleman receiving the computer was very lovely too. Certificate received VERY prompt to confirm destruction of data - gives good peace of mind. Staff are excellent, even when I changed my mind over an issue, they carried on helping me as if nothing was too much trouble. Ecogreen provided a wonderful service which has been an enormous help making sure an old computer is dealt with in a responsible way. Thank you!
