I94 eastbound at 12:30ish pm today, I moved to the middle lane as a tow truck was hooking up a car on the shoulder against the fog line. Your driver moved to the right lane from the middle lane, sped up and passed me on the right between my truck and the tow truck and technician. Within the next mile, 2 cars were stopped on the shoulder and someone was helping another person with a flat tire.
