Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing 4 bath towels. After washing before use, the threads came loose in one towel- went to return it, to have an incredibly rude staff member roll her eyes, saying she would only warrant an exchange as she couldn’t ‘tell’ if it was the fault of the towel. Of course they were very pleasant when we made our purchase- but appalling attitude, treating the customer stupidly when pointing out a product flaw. No apologies for our inconvenience. Overpriced
I brought a beach towel recently and washed it prior to use. All the threads started to come out and the blue cotton started flaking out. Disappointed, and there isn't anything wrong with my washing machine.
