No response to multiple emails, calls. I am waiting for an item which was paid in full a few months ago. No show of items and no response to emails. I believe it may be a scam. Update: replied to my review in an instant , however 3 months have past and no response to calls emails and no product. This is theft and has been reported to the ACCC. I’ve also had to dispute with the bank.

At this point in time I would advise against purchasing through this company. I purchased a bulky item and as per confirmation email arranged a pick up date/time. We hired a Ute, however when my husband arrived to pick up there was nobody there. Additionally no response to emails, messages or phone voicemail. Emails are now bouncing back. I will happily revise this review if the owners rectify the situation, however if there is no contact within the next 2 weeks I will take the issue further.

I am absolutely delighted with my king bedhead that I have received today The product quality is outstanding Any questions or concerns I had regarding my purchase have been answered in a straightforward way which was great I will definitely be ordering again and fully recommend ECOA The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable Shipping can take time - this is something to be expected however the staff always kept me informed which I really appreciated

Paid in full $1500 in august for a order supposedly arriving in September Still no sign of my order, no response to multiple emails EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE Items were not delivered quickly, 3.5 weeks from when I was told items were in your possession until they were delivered to me (2 months after their expected arrival). Issue was not in the delay of the products it was your lack of response to multiple emails, not answering multiple phone calls or returning the many voicemails left. Product was delayed but I was aware that it was going to be and I still agreed to wait and was given updates along the way. Extremely happy with our purchases and would buy from ECOA again. Owners and delivery guys all a pleasure to deal with :-) thank you!!
