This service was brilliant!!! In the world we live in today where customer service is severely lacking, it was exceptional here.....The gentleman (Alan) working at this place was spot on 100%. We hired two bikes. One was for my mother in law. After her knee operation at the beginning of the year we thought we'd try her on the electric bikes. I have been trying to place an order for a month now after a test ride, which was great. No response to emails or telephone calls - there must be a secret? If I am permitted to buy a bike I am sure I shall be well satisfied.

Really friendly people and the bike rentals were at a fair price! You can tell they have a passion for cycling, they were taking extra care of the bikes before we set off!

Brill service, with fair prices, we bought 2 bikes from Alan, he delivered and set everything up no problem, about 4 months later we had a problem with 1 of the bikes, Alan came out picked the bike up and said if i have any problems sorting it out, i will bring you another bike out to use, brilliant service the bike is now sorted and back home, a big thank you to Alan
