Very nice build from EcoSips, the house has achieved a high performance rating. Good comms with management on specs, design, delivery, build teams. Martin Cook was always available to liaise with my architect and project manager to ensure a quality build on time. Good professional SIPS manufacturer highly recommended.
As an architect it is welcome to find a solution to high quality shell construction that appears on site when it is supposed to and gets built in the time as planned, with the result ready for finishing with windows, doors all fitting to the predetermined structural opening dimensions. All in all well worth the 5 star rating.
SIPs Extension to house consisting of large kitchen and two storey side extension. Martin oversaw this project from enquiry to completion, and without exception was first class!! Builds can be stressful and time consuming, however when I used Sipsecohomes this was light years ahead of the competition and set the standard of how rewarding construction can be.
