Truly exceptional little shop. They're going out of business which is just an absolute bummer, as I have loved switching to refills rather than purchasing plastic every time. They are kind, knowledgeable, eco-friendly obviously, and they will be sorely missed. Great shop, wonderful staff, and wonderful idea. Your spot in your customers hearts will never change. I have had a visit several months ago and got the dish-wash soap, wooden soap dish. I like it very much. As it’s pure natural plants based ingredients, I don’t need worry about the residue of chemicals from the normal dish-wash liquid if I need do hand wash for example wooden utensils. Excellent customer service with fast responses. So happy to have found a supplier of earth friendly products located in Perth to make the environmental impact of shipping as small as possible.
I am so thrilled to have discovered this wonderful small business. I love their ethos and of course their array of amazing products on offer. I also received a handwritten note which in this age of fast automation is a breath of fresh air. Fantastic and authentic old fashioned customer service. Their packaging was also eco friendly which I love. I wish them all the best and I cannot recommend them highly enough to interested customers.
