Have tried many, many different oils but these guys have absolutely nailed it! Use two diffusers throughout the house, one in the living room and one in my bedroom. The one in my bedroom, throughout the day and especially at night, is such a game changer for relaxation, destressing and calmness on an exhibition level! Have just ordered their new car diffuser and am very excited to try it in my car. Lemongrass, Calm & Destress, Australian Shores, Happiness and Dream Drops are my current faves! You will not be disappointed!
I ordered some oils for work and accidentally put in the wrong address. The customer service were super friendly and sorted it straight away, even sending me a new delivery for free and it wasn’t even their fault. You don’t get service like that much anymore and I will certainly continue purchasing from them from now on.
I've made a couple of orders from Eco and been pretty happy with the products. I've been especially happy with the customer service. I live locally and prefer to collect and they're always really helpful and kind. I have had a couple of issues with the accessory products. My storage box lid has come apart, and my stone diffuser doesn't work after the first use. But I do love the app, and I get a lot of pleasure out of using my stickers to label the lids of my bottles and watch the empty spaces increase as I build my collecti... read more
