I've made a couple of orders from Eco and been pretty happy with the products. I've been especially happy with the customer service. I live locally and prefer to collect and they're always really helpful and kind. I have had a couple of issues with the accessory products. My storage box lid has come apart, and my stone diffuser doesn't work after the first use. But I do love the app, and I get a lot of pleasure out of using my stickers to label the lids of my bottles and watch the empty spaces increase as I build my collecti... read more

I wanted to state my experience with this company. I've ordered many times and have always been very happy with their quality of essential oils at a great price. Recently, I ordered online and accidentally opted in for the mystery pack which I did not want. Not only did they respond to a complaint I had within 12hours of submitting it but they were really lovely about everything and super helpful. Was able to obtain a refund back straight away. Only if you like junk emails! Bought one bottle of essential oil from here (which is fine as far as these things go), have been bombarded with dozens of marketing emails since - despite unsubscribing multiple times and even writing directly to customer service twice to request my removal from their systems. This type of disrespectful spam marketing approach should be illegal in Australia. I would never recommend this company.
