I called the office number and left a msg to give me a call back, and within 2 minutes someone called back to assist me with buying accessories for my bike. Impressed with their quick response time!
I was actually looking to purchase a bike from this place. And after seeing only 2 reviews and both not good. Wow glad i did my reseach then!!!! No wonder there is no review page on them, as it seems like a no name products and just numbered Mmm Thanks heaps Graeme & Gary, definately saved my dollars on a potentialy bad product if that the case. Doesnt look like bussines will be around for long, at this rate, and Goodluck for any long term sales help once you buy.
Having recently purchased one Eco-Go 16" Bike and one Eco-Go 12" e-Bike I must say that I am very impressed with the quality and functionality of them. Disappointingly the e-Bike arrived without instruction on how to use the electronic control system via the LCD display. Sadly I have to say how, despite several attempts via email and phone call that I have been unable to get any support response in relation to this problem.
