I just came down to Arizona to help my parents enhance the security on their home after experiencing a break in. We stumbled upon steel advantage security doors and called to get a free quote. The employees were so helpful and efficient. We were able to customize a beautiful yet secure design that allowed my parents to feel safe while keeping the aesthetic of their home. Thank you!
Steel Advantage have beautiful doors. I bought our door from them September 2021 and the installation went smoothly. Fast forward 2025, the lock assembly just fell off into the steel frame. I called Steel Advantage about it thinking I was covered by their 10 year warranty since it’s only about 4 years since it was installed. They sent a guy to fix it. I was told that they couldn’t fix it because it’s an old door and the parts they carry would not fit. So they told me to call a locksmith. So much for that.

Installer Chris was courteous, prompt and very professional. We needed a couple of our gates retightened/realigned and he did a great job. I appreciate someone who was on time, got to work and completed the job in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Chris!
